Cafetières allow the coffee to brew without being exposed to pressure or the boiling process. This naturally gives you a richer taste, better mouthfeel and an all-around better coffee. The biggest advantage of using a cafetière is that it allows you to make a cup according to your own individual taste, and so in turn, the same for your guests! You can alter the amount of coffee grounds used, the time that the grounds are steeped, the type and size of the grounds and even the temperature of the water you use and really tailor your drinks service to your customers’ needs, wants and requirements to really impress! This beautiful KitchenCraft Le'Xpress Stainless Steel cafetières, Eight Cup, 1 Litre has a heat-resistant borosilicate glass jug, so not only can you watch your coffee as it brews, the glass will stay cool to touch even when it’s full of piping hot coffee. The frame, handle, lid and plunger are all made of rust-resistant stainless steel, too, enabling you to create rich, flavoursome coffee, time after time. The holder and filter are hand wash only, but the jug will remove nicely and is dishwasher safe.

If you’re new to cafetières, here’s a quick “how to”:

1. Boil your kettle, and leave it to rest for a minute
2. Add your ground coffee into your cafetière (one scoop for every delicious cup you’d like to make)
3. Fill the cafetière with the rested boiled water
4. Stir the coffee and top up with water if needed, wait around 4 minutes with the lid on to keep in the heat
5. Scoop out any floating grounds of coffee, and discard
6. Slowly push down the cafetière filter and serve (Always make sure to do this step carefully and slowly)

Free delivery on all orders over £50 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.

Orders under £50 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service. 

All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.

Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
