Make food preparation in your restaurant or burger bar much quicker with the help of this Sirman SA130 Burger Press.

The Sirman is designed to make shaping burgers much simpler, even for your newer members of staff. Simply place burger meat between two non-stick burger sheets and pull the handle. Simple!

The easy to use burger press forms a 130mm circle out of the meat. The burger keeps its shape thanks to the pressure applied and is ideal for griddling or grilling. Easy to clean once you've finished pressing burger patties, thanks to its anodized aluminium alloy structure the burger press can be cleaned effectively with denatured alcohol and wiped off with a damp cloth and if looked after properly, will last you for years to come.

It also stores easily and saves essential counter space thanks to its compact and ergonomic design. Using this Sirman Burger Press doesn’t just create a consistent appearance to your hamburgers and patties, but saves you precious space, time and money.

Installation of your burger press

Install the machine onto a solid, stable, non-slip surface with a large enough area around the appliance for easy access and cleaning.

Clean the machine with denatured alcohol, then wipe off with a damp cloth.

Put the cellophane discs into the holder at the top of the machine.

Using your burger press

Put one cellophane disc into the mould, then place a small quantity of minced meat, according to the thickness required.

Place another cellophane disc on the meat, pull the lever down to form the hamburger, lift the lever, which will lift the hamburger for easy removal.

Free delivery on all orders over £50 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.

Orders under £50 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service. 

All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.

Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
