The Taftoon Tanoor is made with a stainless steel casing and a hand crafted clay pot in the centre. The clay used is the finest quality strengthened using traditional natural materials which have been used for centuries in the making of clay oven pots.

Taftoon ovens are made for traditional styles of cooking and are widely used in Persian and middle Eastern restaurants.

What are Taftoon Tanoor Ovens Used For?

The ovens are specially designed for Kurdish, Iranian and Persian naan breads. These breads are longer and bigger than traditional Indian naans. The long depth of the oven enables these larger breads to be cooked. The slopped front also makes adding and removing the breads easier than an Indian tandoor.

Delivery

Free delivery on all orders over £50 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.

Orders under £50 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service. 

All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.

Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
