Amarena cherries are famous for their delicious flavour. Toschi use only the best Amarena cherries which are carefully selected, stoned and then sweetened. They are used as a garnish and ingredient for cakes, drinks, desserts and ice creams. Once the cherries are finished the sweet syrup can be used to make drinks, ice lollies, milkshakes or as an ice cream sauce.

Amarena cherries originate in Asia Minor and where brought to Italy by a Roman General. As Romans are famous for doing, he dined in a succulent fashion. The general loved the cherries so much he had plants brought to his garden for planting and so the Italian love for Amarena cherries began.  

The cherries are sour with a tart refreshing flavour unlike any other cherries you might have tried before. They are picked at the pinnacle of ripeness and then cooked in a sugar syrup before storing. Toschi have been picking and preserving cherries since 1945.

Delivery

Free delivery on all orders over £50 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.

Orders under £50 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service. 

All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.

Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
